Rose is honored to be Chief Operating Office of the firm. With over 20 years in experience in financial consulting and strategic planning, Rose is well-versed in the unique challenges of early-stage startups. She provides a wide range of consulting services – from management, growth, and expansion strategies, to personalized financial advice. Rose is also a General Partner of Okanagan Women’s Angel Network (WEL), an organization dedicating to correcting the imbalance of investor financing of female-led ventures.
Marcel has a formal background as a Swiss banker and over 40 years of experience as an accountant, finance manager and VP Finance in numerous countries across three continents. He joined North Okanagan Accounting Services in 2005 shortly after coming to Canada to semi-retire. Marcel firmly believes in giving back to the community and serves as Treasurer for a number of charities and not-for-profit societies in Lumby.
Buffy is our Bookkeeping Manager who started with North Okanagan Accounting Services in 2004. She is a graduate of Office Administration with a specialty in Accounting from Okanagan College. She was born in Enderby and has lived in the Okanagan region for the past 20 years. Buffy loves camping, hockey and hiking with her 2 sons.
Jennifer provides bookkeeping and payroll services and has been with NOAS Bookkeeping, Accounting and Tax Services since November 2019. She completed her undergraduate law degree in China and an Accounting Diploma at BCIT. She is married, likes to hike and boat, and looks forward to exploring more of North America.
Halie joined NOAS Bookkeeping, Accounting and Tax Services in February 2020. She holds a BBA from Okanagan College with an Accounting Specialty. She performs office reception duties and assists with payroll services. She has lived in the Okanagan region for the past twelve years, and loves spending time on the lake.
Marjon moved to Canada from the Netherlands in 2005. She owned several hotel businesses in New Hazelton, Revelstoke and Nelson before moving to Vernon. She holds a Bookkeeping Certificate from Okanagan College, loves kickboxing, road biking and painting.
